Athletes are human FIRST

Media outlets tend to focus on who will "break the news first" and they forget that it's more about how their comments or newscast will mentally affect the athlete. Athletes are allowed to have a weak moment or wear their emotions on their sleeve. They shouldn't be dehumanized by the sports world when the athletes are the reason why sports exist.
